LAHORE: (Tuesday, February 03, 2026): Counselor & head of Chancery, Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia, Islamabad Mr. Ferry J. Murdiansyah on Tuesday visited Punjab University and called on Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Khalid Mahmood at the Vice Chancellor’s office. In his talk, Prof Dr Khalid Mahmood said that PU was establishing linkages with eminent universities across the world. He stressed the need to enhance collaboration among the universities of both the countries. Addressing the meeting, Mr Ferry said that he had received a lot of love from the people of Pakistan. He stressed the need to strengthen relations between countries in order to improve the economic situation. He said that there were many similarities between the cultures of Pakistan and Indonesia.
